ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Once your order is completed and payment has been confirmed, we strive to process it promptly. Your items will be carefully packed and shipped based on the following inventory statuses:
1. Current Stock: Orders will be shipped within 3days, or you may opt for in-store pickup after 2 business days.
2. Out of Stock / Pre-Order: Orders will be shipped within 7days, or you may choose in-store pickup after 7days.
3. Mixed Inventory Status: If your order contains items with varying stock statuses, we will process all items together, adhering to the maximum processing time indicated above.
Please be aware that order processing may take longer during holidays, on days when our store is closed, or due to extreme weather conditions.

LOST PACKAGE POLICY:
We partner with third-party carriers for package delivery, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is crucial to ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. If incorrect information leads to delivery issues, delays, or unsuccessful pickup attempts that require the package to be resent, any additional costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
